Blue Steel!

I will admit, in the past I tend to "boost" the eye color in some of my close up portraits. It kind makes the eyes pop, and makes them stand out a bit. I DID NOT edit this little boys eyes at all!! What you see is the real thing!!! Isn't he just the most handsome little guy! :) He was a champ for this photo shoot--we did it up at our local mall where there is a fantastic Koi pond. His parents had told him, "if you smile and say cheese for Liz we'll go see the fishies"--and he was soooo good!!






K and I were talking that family pictures NEED to be a yearly tradition. Children change so quickly, and when they're gone you'll want every picture of their youth you can lay your hands on. (Not too mention, we're not getting any younger either!)
With that being said, let me admit, that in 12 years of marriage, I have not had a family picture taken. It all changes this year!

Meet Baby Z!!

I think Baby Z was one of the most anticipated baby's! We were all watching her mama as the weeks ticked by, and hoped she arrived here safe and sound. And wow, was she worth the wait! Check out the hair on this beauty!!! She was awake the whole time during the photo shoot, and just good as gold.





Big Sister was such a good hostess--she showed me her room, her new potty watch, we chatted princesses and she gave me a cute new nickname of "Lizard". :)

5 Months of Cuteness!

I may be a little biased....but he is one cutie baby! This is my nephew who was almost born on my birthday! His mama was in labor all day long, and just missed it by a half an hour! He is their first baby, and they will be headed to London for the next year. Mom, Dad and M are down visiting, and we headed out for a photo shoot. :) Enjoy his adorableness. :)

A Simi Valley Legend

She is famous. People know her as the mom of five boys, and she is having her sixth and final baby.....a boy! Which makes her even more legendary!! Six pregnancies means she has been pregnant 4 and a half years. :)
Here is her proof to remember that her body was able to produce six great, healthy boys! And here is to hoping that she gets the best daughter in-laws anyone could have!

A really handsome five year old.

Well, almost five. :) My little guy is going to be five in a couple of weeks, and I couldn't wait to post these pics. He truly is our funny guy. Always finding something funny to do, making his little brother laugh, cuddling with mom--I wish I could bottle up his boyish--sweetness right now and save it for when he's 13. :)

Wow!

Wow. Thats all I have to say about this. She made this so easy!!! This is my Sister in law who asked me to take some headshots for her photography website. What a treat! I mean just look at her!!

We found some of the coolest places in Simi for vibrant colored walls. So fun!

Loving the Bellies!

This beautiful couple is expecting their little girl in the next month. They were so fun to photograph! I can't believe how tiny her belly is for being so far along. I was enormous at 34 weeks! :) But....I (and Wendy's) probably contributed to that problem.
